Manchester United is the most succesful team in England in the 90's.
Since the Premer league has started they have won the league SIX times out of a possible eight (Blackburn and Arsenal won it in those two seasons).
With the team they have, no team in the league can not touch them, with players from 6 different countries (with Chelsea having more), they are world class!
